Psychologist in Dee Why and North Sydney

I am a registered psychologist providing therapy for adults (16+) in Dee Why and North Sydney, as well as via telehealth across NSW. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, grief, health-related adjustment, and relationship concerns.

I hold advanced postgraduate training in psychology and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (completion expected March 2026). I work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals as part of a broader healthcare team. Using evidence-based psychological therapies within supervised clinical practice, I support individuals to build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and improve well-being.
