About me
I am a registered psychologist with extensive clinical experience and advanced postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology. I have worked in both private practice and medical settings, collaborating closely with GPs and medical specialists to provide integrated care. Currently, I work at Logic Lounge Psychology in Hornsby and North Sydney, where I offer evidence-based psychological treatment for individuals and couples.
My training includes a Master of Clinical Psychology, with advanced coursework completed and final placement due for completion in March 2026. This postgraduate study builds on many years of clinical practice and enables me to draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), the Unified Protocol (UP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Complicated Grief Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
I am SIRA-approved to support clients affected by workplace injury and am a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).
I work with adults aged 16 and over and offer both telehealth and face-to-face sessions. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all clients, and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, health-related concerns (including adjustment to cancer), and relationship and couples issues.
